These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Little Guardian sells child safety products intended to help reduce everyday risks at home and outdoors.

Our products are designed to help reduce the risk of common household accidents such as bumps and falls, drowning, and choking. No product can eliminate risk entirely, and nothing we sell replaces proper adult supervision. Always read and follow the installation and usage instructions that come with each product.

Product images and descriptions are provided for information only. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice, though changes never affect orders already placed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If that happens, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs and available methods are shown before you complete your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or refund in line with our returns policy. Products must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us right away and we will replace it or refund you.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Guardian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
